MEET OUR TEAM MEMBERS
Meet one of our newer Storm Services’ team members, John Wilson! John is someone who we classify as a “jack of all trades.” In addition to having years of experience working on different types of equipment, he also possesses a high level of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing skills. These skills prove to be invaluable during a storm.
John particularly enjoys attending the annual Base Camp Exercise, where he reconnects with fellow team members and meets Storm Services’ customers. At the exercise, he likes seeing how everything is set up and how the equipment works. With a passion for building things, John enjoys having the opportunity to look at how each piece of equipment is designed and fabricated, whether that be a sleep trailer, shower trailer, laundry trailer, or something entirely different. He also finds value in participating in the training sessions that are offered to team members at the exercise. This is where John became ServSafe certified and CPR certified, two accomplishments of which he is very proud.
Since joining the Storm Services’ team, John has become more aware of Mother Nature and added tracking the weather to his hobbies. He also enjoys fishing, bow hunting, and traveling with his wife, Jodi. John is from Thomasville, Georgia, and is based out of our Georgia office.
