THE BLOOD DRIVE
Last year, Storm Services hosted its first ever blood drive. It was such a success that we decided to do it again this year at the Base Camp Exercise! We are happy to report that thirty-five of our team members donated.
Lee Hopkins again served as the head of this project for our company. Lee himself was the recipient of a blood donation at fifteen years of age, after being in a car accident. That experience inspired Lee to participate in numerous blood drives over the years in an effort to “pay it forward.” Lee’s passion made him the perfect person to spearhead the Storm Services Blood Drive, therefore inspiring others to give.
Thank you to our team members who chose to participate, and to the ones who tried to donate but were unable. A special “thank you” to Lee Hopkins for his work on this project. We look forward to doing it again next year!
