MEET OUR TEAM MEMBERS
We are thrilled to welcome William, Courtney, Ryan, Adam, and Daniel to the Storm Services family!
WILLIAM HORTON, 27 years of age, is the youngest of three children. William began residing in Clinton, Mississippi, in 2005. He is a proud graduate of Clinton High School’s class of 2008. William has volunteered for over 1700 hours of community service through Americorps. He has also taught 2nd graders how to read in the Byram School District and helped to improve their reading skills over 50 percent. William has been enrolled at Hinds Community College in Raymond, Mississippi since 2014 and expects to graduate and earn an Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology during the spring of 2016. He has experience in construction work and as an electrician’s apprentice. William enjoys playing piano and writing music in his spare time.
COURTNEY PATRICK, the proud mother of twin toddlers, is originally from Jackson, Mississippi. Courtney has obtained a law enforcement certification from the Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers’ Training Academy (Pearl, MS) in 2007 and a barber’s license from Traxler’s School of Hair (Jackson, MS) in 2010. She has obtained an Associates of Arts in Information Technology degree from Bethel University, located in McKenzie, Tennessee. Courtney is currently working towards earning a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Information Technology degree from Bethel University. Courtney has nearly 10 years of law enforcement experience that includes: The Mississippi Department of Corrections (Correctional/Transportation Officer), The University of MS Medical Center Police Department (Police Officer), and State Capitol Police Department (Police Sergeant). Courtney also has extensive experience as a Wire Technician for AT&T.
RYAN HUTTO graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies degree. After college graduation he spent two years serving in a youth ministry before relocating to Jackson, Mississippi, and joining the Storm Services’ team. Ryan takes great pleasure in outdoor activities and SEC football.
ADAM SAVAGE is from Brandon, Mississippi. He graduated from Mississippi College with a degree in Business Finance where he was a member of the men's basketball team. Before joining Storm Services, Adam was a Sales Manager for Stribling Equipment and has extensive experience with construction equipment. Adam enjoys hunting, traveling, and sports. He now resides in Flowood, Mississippi with his wife, Molly.
DANIEL TROTTER is a new engineering associate. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi. Before coming to Storm Services, Daniel worked for a short period with Scott Equipment Company, a Volvo construction equipment dealer, and as a rental manager. He also worked at Stribling Equipment, a John Deere construction and forestry equipment dealer, where he served for almost five years as a warranty administrator under the corporate product support division. While working in the heavy equipment industry, he gained valuable experience in basic supervisory management, identifying root causes of machinery failures, and warranty credit processing for machinery repair parts and labor with total revenues exceeding $18 million. Daniel is excited to join the Storm Services family, as it will provide a unique opportunity for conducting field research paired with critical thinking and design implementation in order to boost reliability of distribution systems for customers in Mississippi. Daniel resides in Jackson, Mississippi, with his wife, Rebecca, where he enjoys true fellowship in Christ, playing disc golf, biking, and wakeboarding on nearby rivers and lakes.
