MEET OUR TEAM MEMBERS
Jay Tyson graduated in 1994 from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors Degree in Finance. He currently lives in Cairo, Georgia, with his wife, Mandy, and two sons, Jack and Tucker. As a UGA graduate, he remains passionate about Georgia football, but also enjoys playing golf, fishing, and spending time with his family.
During a storm, Jay works in the Storm Services’ Georgia office, where he assists the team with any logistical needs that arise. This often includes getting trailer loads of ice, trailer loads of bottled water and assorted drinks, or equipment delivered to a location. Jay is very detailed in his work, which proves to be as asset when accuracy and efficiency are needed to coordinate these logistical needs. Jay says that one of the most valuable things he has learned while working at Storm Services is, “learning how to get things done that seem impossible at the time…and in a hurry.”
